Have you looked at the nutrition facts on the yogurts you buy? Many of them contain more added sugar than Twinkies. Another reason to check all FDA labels for ingredients. Watch out for "Natural Flavoring." This can mean any number of things, some of which, if written correctly, would stop you from buying and eating the product. In this arena, the FDA is really lenient. Too much so in many cases.
